Could not be happier with the friendly staff and their efficiency. Hermes attended us and he was knowledgeable, friendly, and put my mom at ease. He answered all her questions and gave additional tips and advice. We just came from a different medical office which was completely unprofessional and vague so it was amazing great service. I HIGHLY recommend them and you should check them out for all hearing aid questions.

I came from out of town with a broken hearing aid and they took me right in and fixed it no problem. It was excellent prompt service and even contacted my hearing aid company for me. Even though I had not purchased my aids from them they took care of me. Thank you so much!!

They sent us to Dr. Sheila who was very knowledgeable and excellent in her field. She walked my mom step by step to help her use the new hearing aid. I was hesitant when I got my first pair of hearing aids but they are so friendly and patient until I was satisfied. It's amazing the quality of life that it brought back, being able to participate in conversations, movies, and hearing the birds and leaves crumbling under my feet. I didn't even know what I was missing out on even though I knew something was missing. Ryan and Keith and his team are just the best.

I've been wearing Hearing Aids since I was a kid and have experienced it all dealing with so-called Hearing "Professionals"/ Audiologists. Keith and his staff are top-notch. Very friendly and helpful staff. My grandma is 86 years old and they were very patient with her and treated her very well. Chris, the tech explained how to use the hearing aids very well. Very happy and satisfied with their service.

Definitely five stars! Hermès Pineda, the Physician Representative/Technician who assisted me could not have been more helpful. He was knowledgeable, familiar with the product and was able to address all of my problems. The front office staff was also courteous and helpful.
